Erin Hawk is a dedicated personal injury attorney at The Hawk Firm, proudly serving clients in Augusta and across Georgia. A lifelong Augustan, Erin grew up in the community he now advocates for. He attended Episcopal Day School before graduating from Aquinas High School, where he was a standout athlete and a pitcher on the baseball team that advanced to the state championship. Go Irish!

In 2016, Erin graduated from Augusta University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Certificate in European Union Studies. Following in the footsteps of his father, respected trial attorney Jacque Hawk, Erin pursued opportunities to broaden his legal and cultural perspective. He studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain, where he worked as a paralegal for a Spanish immigration attorney and studied Spanish.

Upon returning to Augusta, Erin joined The Hawk Firm as business manager. There, he spearheaded the transition to a fully paperless practice, streamlining operations and building systems that continue to support the firm’s growth today—all while preparing to advance his own legal career.

Erin went on to attend Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, earning his J.D. in 2021. He passed the Georgia Bar Exam on his first attempt and immediately began representing clients in personal injury cases. Since then, he has worked tirelessly to protect the rights of accident victims and help them secure the justice and compensation they deserve.

Sports have always played an important role in Erin’s life. In addition to baseball, he has long been passionate about soccer and has coached multiple seasons at Aquinas High School, giving back to the program that helped shape him. He believes athletics instilled in him the discipline, resilience, and teamwork that now guide his approach to practicing law.

When he’s not fighting for his clients, Erin enjoys spending time outdoors—whether kayaking, fishing, or traveling. A fitness enthusiast, he is also a regular at CrossFit. One of his favorite hobbies is crafting custom fishing rods by hand, from grip design to wrapping guides.
